When the handcrafted walnut dresser we ordered was not finished as we had expected, even though it was technically finished correctly, Grant worked to understand what we wanted, and went out of his way to make it right. The Redeker's delivery team delivered and set up our dresser with great care. We are now proud to display our new family heirloom, exactly as we envisioned it.
