I would like to commend Zell Commercial RE and it's management team. We recently renewed our lease and with the help of management we were able to keep the new lease contract at a very reasonable rate and Vickie worked with the owner of our shopping center to ensure a smooth transaction. Thank you so much!

Any time we have had an issue to handle, such as parking, security, bug spraying or leaky plumbing once Zell and the management team took care of it promptly. I have been in this location for many years and hope to continue to lease here from Zell Commercial Real Estate.
