Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, it had been 10K miles since tires last rotated. Also asked about a recall, wasn't sure if they could do it just wanted some details. When my pickup was ready I was told my tires were still good and did not need rotated, I had uneven wear so I don't understand why that decision was made but I should have at least been called and asked if I still wanted them rotated. When I asked about the recall I was told they couldn't do it but they could not tell me what the recall was so how did they know they couldn't do it? As it turns out there is still no fix for the recall, my issue is the way I was dismissed rather than given an explanation.
