Not only were they incredibly rude and unprofessional they were also unhelpful and snarky upon greeting, had an overall ugly demeanor, I want to give them a benefit of the doubt but I don't want to give my money to a bad business or a business with 0 interpersonal skills. The customers make your business thrive, not to mention this rude staff were in fact the owners... but hey! Plenty of other record stores!
