My friend took her 6 month old puppy in. She later got a call saying he passed away. When she asked why, how, and when they said it doesn't matter. She demanded to talk to the manager which gave the same response. When she contacted the owner he cussed at her and said that she needs to get over it. Absolutely disgusting..
