Lincoln Heritage has been very Professional and Responsive in helping with my claim. The insurance agent took time to get know my mom Ollie Mae Douglass and had really nice things to say to me about my lost. Then the staff and Senior Vice President Keith Perkins was amazing during our difficult time. It was very heartfelt. After faxing my mom's death certificate the check was sent out and I received it in less than 3 days. Wow! The Douglass Family wants to say Thank to everyone at Lincoln Heritage. God Bless.
