Wonderful service and very professional from the beginning.

We hired Campbell Cohen post our ITA to fill our Express Entry profile. They were very professional in the approach. Our case was handed in a timely manner and the documentation request was very straight forward. They had asked to put in LoE's where it was required. I guess because of the documentation the case was easy for the Visa Officer and probably one of the reason our case was processed fast!

One of the things I liked from them was the automatic emails they send for important communications such as PPR's. Once they receive our PPR its automatically forwarded to our email id to save time. I am assuming its the same for other important communications such as ADR request etc (we didn't have an ADR). I also got to keep my user ID and pass, which helped me to access the account frequently and check the status; as I had not linked my EE profile to the firms account.

Overall a great experience!! I would definitely recommend them!!
