Purchased the Premium +12 ML solar cover last summer. By July of this year it was cracking, splitting and thousands of the little bubbles are in our pool, skimmer and all around the pool. Horrendous quality. Have been a customer for a long time and up until now have been very satisfied. I called a month ago to report the problem with our solar cover. Was told to send email and photos, which I did. Automated response received saying they would get back to me in 3-5 business days. After 3 weeks and no response, I called again and was told to send photos & email again. Did so and called again after no response after a week. After 4 weeks still waiting for response. Meanwhile we are cleaning our pool every 2-3 days because we can't put that piece of garbage back on the water. I've lost my patience and they've lost a long standing customer. I'm buying locally now. BUYERS BEWARE.
