The building I used to live in Brooklyn is no long...

The building I used to live in Brooklyn is no longer managed by the group that I leased with. So when it came to asking for my security deposit back, I was told Choice New York is managing the building and I should reach out to them. I have contacted them for the last 3 weeks over email and have not received a single reply. Don't even bother calling them since somehow every one is "busy on their phones". I am still waiting on a my security deposit and hopefully this review will have someone contact me directly.

UPDATE - Just after writing this review I received an email from one of their representative explaining me the mix up with the adjustment of which group was managing the building. This time they were responsive and made sure I received my security deposit back. The process overall took a while from my initial email, however I can see Choice New York Management is trying to improve on their customer service and just needed a nudge in right direction.
