We had to wait for a table, even when there were many open tables when we arrived and just as many open tables when we left a little over an hour later. Their beef tripe was bland and flavorless, and the biggest disappointment was their special of soft shelled crab in black bean sauce. It was heavily battered and fried so that you couldn't taste any crabs. What a waste of $17. I prefer Central Seafood for dim sum.
