Having just had 'afternoon tea at this Hotel my experience was not altogether a good one. Firstly although I had booked this approximately 3 weeks ago no-one seemed to be aware that we were attending, secondly the 'service' was very slipshod and thirdly the cakes were delivered to a completely different table. I could have made better sandwiches myself. Overall 'afternoon tea' at this hotel is certainly not worth the money or the bother. This was purchased as a Birthday/anniversary present.
