I have a bill from Spartanburg Regional for $9,369...

I have a bill from Spartanburg Regional for $9,369.90. It's several ER visits between me and my 2 kids. One large portion of the bill being from my youngest when I gave birth to her. Another from my oldest having abdominal pain when the Urgent Care was so full they turned us away. The list goes on. This bill is after insurance. I've been going through a hard time financially and missed 2 payments with the hospital then they send it to Americollect. I called to make a payment today. All I had was $80.00 and the woman on the phone says she had a bill much larger and asked family to help and they did. Well good for you lady! But in reality where most others live no one has an extra $9,000 to give me! Spartanburg Regional and Americollect don't care about anyone. Bunch of crooks with no empathy. Now my credit will be ruined all due to medical bills. America's health care is not affordable for single moms or most middle class families. The prices for outpatient and hospital services are over inflated and unfair.
