Thieves and liars! I always ask the price before I purchase. I was specifically told 33.00 after tax for the premis cigarettes I purchased. Reason I ask is because prices do change. I'm furious cause they charged me 39.99 and when I called they lied and said it had been like that for 5 months. This is interesting cause I just got a carton 2 weeks prior at 33.00 and 2weeks prior to that it was 33.00 and prior to that all my visits out there for the same thing has always been 33.00 even when I sent my son for me it was 33.00. Now the lady specifically said 33.00 when I asked. I feel I was wrongly charged and then lied to. I do believe this is illegal and I will be contacting an attorney on this matter to clarify. But if I'm correct. If this is illegal I will make sure this stops and doesn't happen to anyone else.
