Hired John Moore to install new AC and furnace. Install seemed to go as scheduled but they damaged molding in my hallway and I can't seem to get a call back to discuss scheduling the repair. Initial appointment was great. Install was ok - had to ask one of the technicians to turn off his music while in the house (I was working from home that day). Service after the install - so very lacking.
