On yesterday, April 27, 2015, I called John Moore for the first time and my experience was unbelievable the customer service I received was heart touching and a one of a kind experience. I was stressed because of all of the problems I was having in my home. But within less that 15 minutes I was able to see light at the end of the tunnel. My representative I spoke with yesterday was Renee. And she was the BOMB!! On today, April 28, 2015, the tech that came out was prompt and also did a courtesy call letting me know that they was in route. I am very please and I will be using this company to making my house feel like a home again. The worker that came to give me an estimate explain what was going on in terms that I could understand.. Thanks for the excellent experience.
