Diego came to diagnose an air conditioning problem. He determined that the problem was a corroded evaporator coil. I asked him whether he had checked the blower as I felt that the blower wasn't moving the air through the house, and because of the fact the Lennox unit was flashing an error code (A750), which I believe has to do with the lack of air volume being moved by the blower. I had to press him to check this as he claims that this isn't part of the AC problem. I don't know why he wouldn't check the whole system. He kept referring to this as the furnace. I am not a technician but the blower in the attic works to move both hot and cold air throughout the house, depending on whether the AC or the heat is running. So clearly it's part of the AC system. He then left. Furthermore, we had a John Moore technician out in May to do a spring tune up. Clearly this technician didn't do a great inspection if less than 2 months later it's pointed out that the evaporator coil needs to be replaced. Over all terrible experience and I will not be using John Moore again.
