We had a very enjoyable experience buying my Mercedes at Motor Werks in Barrington! It began with Sharon who showed me what I was looking for and patiently explained all the options. She was always available for my many questions and texts. Then the sales manager, Mike, walked us through the buying process. He stepped in and helped us through the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. We finished the process with Ken in Finance. Ken was efficient, knowledgeable, and didn t push us to buy options that we declined. He was very pleasant to work with. The whole thing was a great experience!
