I bought a timed entry online for a slight discount, but there wasn't any line. They gave a leaflet about the exhibitions. I saw the 'Victoria Woman and Crown', Victoria A Royal Childhood', King's Apartments and Queen's Apartments - the King's section was most lavish! No audio or guided tour and displays didn't give much info, but still nice to see all the precious items used by royalty. My visit was in July 2019. I would recommend a visit if you have time. I had a week in London and so had time.
