this is a great hotel for a family vacation. And is everything to keep your kids occupied and you can even relax while they play. Hotel staff is mostly friendly and helpful it would be nice if some of their attitudes were a little more energetic. I also really dislike a hotel that charges $10 a day to park in a lot when you really don't have another option. I suppose since many people fly into Orlando there may be less space for parking. Still it's hard to not feel taken advantage of to pay to park your vehicle in a place that you're already paying a substantial amount of money to stay in. Otherwise great place everything you need is right on resort property and if you can't find it here you're surrounded by stores, attractions, and more.
