Almost a good hotel. It is not bad but needs some work before I could recommend it. The staff is brisk and seem over worked. The rates always seem low enough that the place is packed even on the off season, then they allow day trip people to the small water park making the crowded place even more so. The Water park has 14 slides but only 3 are not "kiddie" slides, so teens will not be distracted long by it. The location is great for International drive attractions but unlike most hotels in the area which have shuttles every 15 minutes their shuttles to the theme parks may as well not exist (web site says they have them but only one I found in 3 days was that if you buy a package of tickets to universal from the hotel they will get you a ride there)
