I am so disappointed with the service from Lead Cycle / Entrepreneurs Circle. Buyer be very aware.
A disastrous Facebook campaign including typos which I was not given the opportunity of approving before launch. Customers clicked to win a prize they did not read the very long and wordy copy and had no idea what was being advertised! I call this a failed campaign. It has done nothing for my business whatsoever and simply caused me a great deal of additional work and stress. I put this down to experience and bad luck and I have written off the money spent on this.
I lost faith in your business and understandably did not wish to carry on with any further campaigns.
However, and this is where my grievance lies, you took money from debit card (without authorisation) for 2 more campaigns. I did not sign a contract with you but you refuse to refund me. To take money for work that you never carried out is simply daylight robbery. I was told rather abruptly that this is your policy and that there is no re-course.
