This hotel had its time but the new address and a policy of lower costs that can not be understood in a hotel of 5 stars unfortunate service the size of rooms and bathrooms and unfortunate the staff of the reception that only works with tips I give it a star because it is unfortunate that such a hotel has such a painful service, especially in front of a big hotel like the Palace.
