Running someones credit after they walk out the door is against FCRA guidelines.. just to be spiteful.. in an attempt to ruin someones credit score that declined a bogus sale on an overpriced Lemon.. luckily I was able to contact the 3 credit agencies before damage was done.. Imperial broke the law and the complaints have been filed with Federal Trade Commission..
