This Embassy Suites is an old hotel and I've stayed here many times. And I'll continue to stay here when I'm in Buckhead. My visit this time was disappointing, and I hope the hotel management will be more careful about quality. Here are the issues I had when I stayed in room 1401 in early April:
1. three used bandaids were neatly laying on a tissue in a dresser drawer.
2. the dresser drawer pull was stripped and came off in my hand ... it could not be tightened
3. the tub faucet dripped continually
4. the quality of the breakfast food and the rubbery overcooked eggs were so bad that I didn't bother to return the next morning
5. the ice machine on the 14th floor did not work

Come on Buckhead .... try a little harder !
