It is truly disappointing during our stay at Park ...

It is truly disappointing during our stay at Park Royal Penang.
Poor service from the front liners such as Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Boy and Duty Manager who even bad mouth with their collegues in Malay at the Front Desk. It is very unprofessional for such hospitality who works in the services line who has a character of bad mouthing their guests in the language that they do not understand, serving their guests in a stereotype mode which they serves double standards in serving their guests (bad experience from the Bar (indoor) and Front Desk), No greetings from even the housekeeping team when the guests passes by.
We have been staying in this hotel for the past 20 years which we slowly sees the deteriorate of the standards of Park Royal Penang. It is even sad that the channel to provide feedbacks and complaints are so difficult to provide which I have to sort to other channels to made this complaint and review instead.
With this bad experience that we had witnessed from the Pan Pacific Group, we have decided to consider staying at other resorts instead.
