My husband was diagnosed with ananplastic thyroid cancer at the age of 57. There is no cure for this disease. Thanks to Hospice Austin my husband was able to die comfortably, at peace, and with dignity in our home with his family, friends and beloved dog. This would not have been possible without all the the great support we received from Hospice Austin. I think their many years of experience is what made the difference.

Not only did they help with my husband's physical and spiritual pain; but they helped me and my family with our emotional pain. Hospice Austin staff was always available to night and day. I took advantage of two of their many grief programs that enhanced my ability to grieve appropriately.
