This place is a joke and so are the owners.
They will lie straight to your face and love to play favorites. The harassment within staff is insane and mostly stems from the AM shift, if they don't like you they will complain + find ways to weave you out. I do not recommend working here especially if you care about your back because the owner refuses to get lifts and a majority of the residents are two assist transfers/dead weight, also short staffed is an understatement and mandations happen a lot more than usual because people quit left and right or are chased out. Hiring bonuses don't exist and neither do referral bonuses as they will find any reason to not give it to you.
