One of the worst hotels ever.

One of the worst hotels ever.
Actually they have smoking rooms! And when you ask reception to check on your neighbors and stop them from smoking, they cannot do anything! They only say there are no smoking rooms in the hotel. Okey, now I can smell fresh air, thank you.
The worst sound proof in the rooms I ve ever faced. I could hear my neighbors talks and coughing all evening long.
And they failed to provide soap and shower gel. I don t know why. I just found hair conditioner, hair comb and hair cap. I stayed at 2-stars hotels, and they always provided the essentials.
The least helpful reception in the world.
I ve stayed at Mercure all over the world, probably this one is the worst out of all.
