Be extremely careful with the terms they give you. I contacted them for possible apartments. I was told in an email they only had three available 2 bedroom apartments. They were different models but all about the same price because the length of leases were 12, 14, and 15 months respectively. I emailed today and said we were looking for a first floor unit and they suddenly had one when they didn't yesterday. Got there today and it suddenly rented earlier in the day. Shady, but decide to go with the 14 month one, and it was suddenly the same price for 15 months. Looking elsewhere.
