Worst company ever. They put fines on your account...

Worst company ever. They put fines on your account without any explanation or reason. Once requested to explain what the charges are for. They ignore you for multiple weeks in a row, and when they finally respond. Communication is very rude and based on unbacked accusations. Once asked to clarify, once again, totally ignored, and then they send you a late notice with late charges for who knows what. Stay away!

I m sorry to hear that you are so ignorant, and not listening to what I m saying. But then again, at least you are responding here. Unfortunately, that cannot be said about your email, mail and phone correspondence. I am amazed that it takes a negative google review to finally get some sort of response from you, for it takes you weeks to respond to an email. The first time we emailed you on 11.08.17 and received and response a month later on 12.07.17. Then again, we emailed you on 12.07.17, however you failed to respond so we had to resort to a google review in hopes to get a faster response and so people can see how unprofessional you are.

We're sorry that you and Svetlana Bukhantsova are so unhappy with the HOA, Board of Directors, and processes set up by your governing documents in the subdivision where you live. Actually, we are happy with the Board of Directors and Governing Docs of subdivision where we live. We are unhappy with the illegal extortion of money that is going on here. We have not received a letter of any incompliance within the last 6 months. We randomly received a statement with a fine for incompliance. Once we asked to explain what was done wrong, (month later) we got an email with a (backdated) letter of incompliance. Immediately, we have provided picture evidence showing that what we are being accused of is not true and asked you to explain yourself as some of the accusations were not clear as well as asked you to remove fines from our account. We have been ignored by you ever since. And then later (next month) received another statement with the same fine plus the late fees. Please explain.

We did forward your complaints and appeals to the Board of your HOA for review, and they disagreed with you. Would you mind telling me why was that never communicated to us? Also, disagreed on what? Perhaps on the pictures providing evidence that what we re being accused of is not true? Or, maybe on the fact that we requested that you provide evidence of our incompliance? To us this looks a lot like racial discrimination against the refugees from another country as we are the only ones being fined without out any reason for such fines on our street, and illegal extortion of money.

At the direction of the Board, we did send you notices every 30 days. You only sent me one notice since the initial bill with fines. When it comes to sending letters of incompliance and giving us a timeframe to have the issue resolved (like you are supposed to do in accordance with governing documents of a subdivision) or even answering emails (resident Complaints and Appeals), - you have failed to do it all!

Unfortunately, we are hired to enforce the governing documents and follow the direction of the Board, and apologize if that added to your frustration. Unfortunately, you are not doing a good job following those Governing Documents as I explained above. No need to apologize, simply do what s right and remove illegally placed fines from our account.
