Made a appointment was there at 10am the gentleman checked me in at the Sharonville Ohio location! He went outside to get the size of my tires and tried to start the car, He then came back and said he couldn t start the van cause the key was wore down. My husband has no issue with the key we asked if he could try again or have someone else move the van and said Im quite busy if I can t start the car I m not going to work on the car!! No patience whatsoever and rude he didn t even want to listen or give the key another chance!! Do not recommended!!
