I have been with Youi since they started back in 2...

I have been with Youi since they started back in 2008. Since then I have had multiple policies as I moved around Australia. Recently I upgraded my car with a new policy but they didn't stop my old car policy. I ended up being charged for both and it was a while before I noticed. They not only listened and acknowledge the error but rectified it immediately. Now, we all know human and computer errors occur as part of life. It's how a company deals with these that sets them apart from the rest. Generally as a company grows they also lose that service you get from small businesses but they have been brilliant from the start and customer loyalty is something you can't buy
