Friendly and fast customer service! Nice selection of products too. You can tell they put efforts to be a customer-focused company.

I just wish it was easier to get items delivered over the weekends (Sunday included) or in the evenings as most of us work during the day on weekdays and cannot receive such bulky items. But I understand this may be a Singapore-wide regulation which only leaves Saturday mornings to receive such deliveries.
