ashamed! promise of first rent in March 2017 at the signing in 2015. During February we are told that we will have nothing before June. We ask for explanations / commercial gestures by registered mail: no answer. In early July, still no rent, we contact the company again and there: surprise, we would have nothing before September. We are informed that the date given previously was 'provisional' (which is not the case in the letter mentioning the thing). 3,000 of dry loss. Do your calculations well before you commit to reside studies.
