We experienced some type of problem with our HP desktop, and Windows would not start. Took the tower to Happy Hamster and they clearly explained what the steps would be to either repair it (software issues), or tell me it wasn't worth the money to repair it (hardware issues).

They kept it for a couple of days and then called me to tell me that luckily it was a software problem. They told me it would be done the next day, and it was. I went down to pick it up.

When I got home, I couldn't get it to recognize our wireless network, and I could not load MS Office. I called them and they told me to bring it back the next morning. I did, and they took care of both problems within an hour.
