I contacted the law firm to help me with an issue. Esther the secretary is professional and courteous and she worked to get me in to speak with an attorney within 1 week of my request. I worked with Donna Dell'Olio . She was professional, knowledgeable and timely in her response to my inquires. More than anything I appreciated her ability to negotiate for a win/win and avoid a court case. She is an expert negotiator and I believe that she advised me correctly in getting a speedy resolution to my issue. I highly recommend her and her team!
