Bought a laptop a year ago, nice spec but then soo...

Bought a laptop a year ago, nice spec but then soon it kept blacking out. Eventually sent away and it took a month for them to return it. I also wanted them to fix a hinge that was cracking but it wasn't covered by the warranty which is far enough but the casing for the laptop was that poor that they should have offered me something especially when I find out that the casing they bought no longer exists, has been discontinued. Probably because of how poor it is.

My laptop is now currently falling to pieces.
