I purchased an Alpina BMW with approximately 6,500 miles on it that had work done on it by Santa Monica BMW. I do not live in the Santa Monica area and when I experienced an issue with the car, I took the automobile to another BMW dealership. They deemed the repair work done by Santa Monica to be defective and thus should be warrantied/paid for by Santa Monica. When I called to speak with Daniel Garcia, the service manager, he was very familiar with the work done to the car. He asked for pictures. The other BMW dealership provided the pictures. Daniel now does not return any emails or phone calls from either myself or even the other BMW dealership. Very disappointed and would expect more from a BMW dealership.

Update - BMW Santa Monica finally did respond and paid for the repair to be done. Took some work, but they did finally step up.
