Leased a '17 Bolt from here. Purchase experience was fine. No tricks on what was advertised versus what was on lot. Sales person was knowledgeable.

However, service afterwards went downhill. 2nd Key was locked away since the car had just come onto the lot. I was told someone would be in touch the next day to bring it to me. That didn't happen.

I also discovered the false bottom for the trunk wasn't standard on the Bolt. When I went in the next day to pick up the key myself, I started asking about it. I was interested in having it installed. Was told by service they would give me a call and gave my information. That call never came. I had previously emailed a sales manager, Benjamin K, a dealer code the day I leased the car. I started to try and follow up with him. Over the next month I kept trying to follow up with him about it. I would get something back, We re looking into it , What s the part number . The end was response was Here s a secondary shop that can do it. I had followed up saying I would rather get it done with Boardwalk, but they never followed up again.

Three months later, someone new there reached out for the dealer code I owed them, which I had given Benjamin the day he had asked for it. It looks like he never entered it. I was forced to get another one for them, since the one I had expired. I did explain my issues with Boardwalk to the new person, Edward L. He did try to fix the issue, and called around to find me a current dealer who could do it where I m at now. I was also promised two gas cards were in the mail. They never came.

It s a bunch of small things, but it didn t give me much faith in having to deal with them on anything outside of the purchase. Maybe it's different a different experience with a Corvette.
