Edit: during the consultation with the customer support (very friendly support employee!) My neighbor contacted me with my package in his hands, the deliverer simply did not notice that he had delivered my shipment elsewhere! I am happy to have an honest neighbor who was so kind to accept the package for me. Still annoying.

Bottom cannon! Package was delivered to me while I was at work, according to email notification.
Does not work at all! we have at least THREE DPD shops in my place of residence.

Well-intentioned advice to everyone reading this: if you expect a delivery from DPD, you better take your vacation first!
