Their Colony Oaks Aprtments are absolutely the WORST place to live. My husband and I are breaking our lease as soon as we find another more suitable place to live. I could literally go on for hours about how terrible this community is but I ll condense it for you. When we moved in the apartment was a complete mess. They never cleaned it and refused to when we moved in. My dog was literally eating things off the floor and the place smelled terrible. We recently had maintenance workers in our apartment as part of a mandated electrical panel update and they left our place a COMPLETE MESS. I m talking drywall and paint all over the floor, wiring left around, trash left outside our apartment door, AND DOG POOP was stepped in and tracked around my entire apartment. They went through our stuff as items were left in places we don t ever keep them and knocked over. I even found a used glove under my sink in the bathroom. They were changing the electrical panel and had absolutely no need to be anywhere else in the apartment. We contacted the leasing office and they said it s work done by a 3rd party company and we found out they were left unattended in our apartment during the work. I m terrified personal information was stolen. Also when bringing up my concerns about the mess the answer I got was These are construction men and we can t expect them to be as careful as women. They were completely unhelpful and no one from corporate will call me back about these concerns. Don t live here if you value keeping your personal information safe and your home cleanly.
