What should have been a simple policy switch turned into a total mess. All I needed was to be removed from a group policy and start an individual policy. Same exact agent, same exact car, same exact driver and same exact coverage.. Waited a week for processing just to find out they took the wrong vehicle(discussed clearly in e-mail which was to be switched) and put it on the new policy. Wait another week to get the correct vehicle processed. Had to give my card info twice because they "couldn't access the card info" that I had previously given. Policy went up in price due to no more multi-car discount which actually makes sense. However, for the policy to go up again 3 weeks later for THE SAME EXACT REASON because they "didn't change the policy holders name" (per State Farm support rep) is absolutely absurd. For so many mistakes and rate increases to happen within the span of ONE MONTH is completely unacceptable. On top of all this I switched providers and my cost dropped 48% with the same coverage AND lower deductibles.. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone if you're looking for anything professional.
