I had a great service experience with my technician Ray. He was very professional, called an hour ahead of time, got there and made sure to cover his feet before entering my house. He explained everything to me as he did it and also went above and beyond to fix little things that were not really part of the job, but part of what i had asked him to look at and that made the experience even better. When he was done he made sure to not only clean up but to put everything away for me. He didn't leave any garbage. He also noticed some other potential problems down the road in my house and pointed them out to me so I would have the opportunity to fix them before they created any issues. I would recommend Gold Medal and Ray to anyone who needs plumbling or electric work! Thanks Ray!
