I have never come across a company so poorly ran in all my life. In April the heating broke down and is still off now on 20th of December. contractors get booked in and dont bother showing up. when you call the office they call you a liar and say the contractor came out and got no answer. when you sit with the front door open all day. We've been waiting 6 weeks to make a complaint, never mind getting the heating fixed. The manager who was ment to call back within 4 hours hasn't bothered.
