Bad customer service, cold service, you have to wait before entering to be served as if at Macdo, in addition I bought an apple tv once at home it did not work, I was forced another time to return and hit me 25km before going home and still having their "royal" service, fortunately for them they can not return and be reimbursed. Just exchange or repair, then friend advice for you who read my review, think well before buying and do your math before venturing out with them, good luck.
