Great experience in purchasing a 2012 Lincoln MKX from Jeannie Ritchey. I was purchasing the vehicle from 400 miles away and Jeannie provided all the information I needed to make a decision and held the vehicle until I could drive down on the weekend. The vehicle was in excellent condition as described. I especially appreciate that the service department replaced the battery so we had not issues on drive home. Overall great experience and very happy with the new Lincoln. Thanks again for the wonderful service.
