I am left speechless and completely appalled by the mistreatment from staff in the ER. It s unfortunate to see who is now a part of our emergency medical field and how they contribute to it. I was disgusted by the lack of respect and empathy, especially from our doctor. Not to mention, the gossip was astounding. FYI to the ER staff: the glass door to our hospital room wasn t a soundproof barrier. We caught the rude remarks and smug faces.

Rather than receiving PROFESSIONAL care, we received lectures and were immediately judged as if we were pushing for drugs. Their assumptions and ill manner lead us to nothing but a hospital bill. I can say, without hesitation, that I will never step foot in there again nor will I ever recommend anyone else to. I am disappointed by where our healthcare system is going. I apologize to any health care provider that may actually care for their patients, but now has a ruined reputation because of this specific hospital.

And no, I don t want to call a representative to talk more about my experience. Quit talking and fix the problem - starting with your sorry excuse of ER staff.
