Terrible management, complete lack of supervision ...

Terrible management, complete lack of supervision of their contractors and subcontractors. Allow their workforce to urinate inside the ships they are supposed to be servicing without any repercussions and then proceed to blame the chain of command of the ships for not supervising the sailors. Workers leave cigarette butts in the spaces on the ship when this is supposed to be a smoke free shipyard since 2013. This shipyard is only interested in turning a profit and cutting corners, not in putting out quality craftsmanship for the US WARSHIPS that come through here and are going to be put out in harm's way, very UNAMERICAN and UNPATRIOTIC!
