I made a purchase 2 weeks ago, and although I already have it, I noticed that the company is run with a degree of informality that I did not like. For example, I was promised shipping for a certain day, sending a guide number that was never listed until the time they delivered. The delivery was made a few days after what was promised and with several emails asking what was happening. Also, the item came without the corresponding invoice (which is necessary due to the warranty issue). I received it more than two weeks after the purchase and after claiming it several times.
