I am new to Melbourne and am now residing at Southbank Grand, the staff at MICM and the concierge at the apartment have been responsive and helpful. I would like to especially thank Lisa Micelotta who not only resolved my problems expeditiously but also made follow up checks to ensure i am comfortable. This care and concern to someone new to the country is really heartwarming and comforting. Thank you Lisa for making my stay so pleasant
